Data Cohort

The goals of the Data Cohort are to:

  1. Provide sustainable data collection and analysis infrastructure that measures baseline conditions and progress toward goals.

  2. Build capacity to take ownership over local data systems for ongoing community health improvement.

  3. Support Vibrant Valley’s capacity to address complex, multi-sector issues.

Currently, the Data Cohort is helping Mahoning County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) partners define metrics, collect data, and analyze progress over time.

If you are a data professional based in Mahoning County who is interested in getting involved with the Data Cohort’s work, please reach out to katherine@weare.eco.

Keep an eye on our events page for details on upcoming cohort meetings.
