    • CHA Survey Evaluation: In early 2022, the Vibrant Valley Core Planning Team evaluated the draft questionnaire for the 2022 CHA to provide recommendations for equity improvement.

    • CHIP Review Process: The Vibrant Valley Core Planning Team conducted a review of the 2020-2022 CHIP in order to learn what can be improved for future CHIPs. Read our systematic equity review process.

    • CHIP Questions & Recommendations: This analysis resulted in a list of recommendations and questions to consider when developing community health improvement plans in our region.

    • 2020-2022 CHIP: This CHIP is in effect in Mahoning County through the end of 2022.
