• Data Gap Memo: A report that summarizes available data relating to social determinants of health and health outcomes in Mahoning County. Highlights areas where data is not currently available, in order to guide future data collection work. Prepared by ECO in 2021.

Two sources we have found particularly useful for organizational self-assessment are this tool from Coalitions of Communities of Color, and this tool from the American Public Health Association.
